The DarDoc Care Team can help with service questions, booking support, payment issues, schedule changes, caregiver concerns, invoices, and understanding what happens next.

Support is available from 7:30 AM to 10:30 PM UAE time, seven days a week.

Contact options

You can contact DarDoc through:

  • WhatsApp from the relevant service page

  • Toll-free telephone: +971 800 DARDOCTOR

  • The support or messaging option available in the relevant DarDoc journey

For privacy and faster handling, contact DarDoc using the telephone number or email associated with the booking when possible.

What to include

Send:

  • Your name

  • Booking reference

  • Care recipient’s name

  • Service

  • Date and time

  • Short description of the issue

  • The outcome you need

For payment questions, include the payment time, amount, and receipt. Do not send complete card details or a card PIN.

Booking and availability questions

Tell us:

  • Service

  • City and area

  • Preferred date

  • Preferred time

  • Who the care is for

  • Whether the need is one-time or ongoing

This gives the team enough information to check the correct service.

Home Nursing questions

For Newborn Care or Adult and Elderly Care, contact the Care Team about:

  • Starting a care plan

  • Caregiver matching

  • Profile questions

  • Payment

  • Schedule or address changes

  • Replacement requests

  • Subscription renewal

  • Cancellation

  • Concerns about service quality

Do not arrange schedule changes or payment directly with a caregiver.

Complaints and safety concerns

Explain exactly what happened and whether anyone is currently at risk.

If possible, provide:

  • Professional’s name

  • Date and time

  • Location

  • What was expected

  • What occurred

  • Any relevant evidence

The team may need time to review records and speak with the people involved. If there is immediate danger, use emergency services first.

DarDoc is not an emergency service

Do not wait for a DarDoc reply when someone may be experiencing a life-threatening emergency.

Seek urgent medical help for symptoms such as:

  • Severe breathing difficulty

  • Chest pain

  • Loss of consciousness

  • Signs of stroke

  • A seizure

  • Uncontrolled bleeding

  • Severe allergic reaction

  • A baby becoming blue, grey, unusually difficult to wake, or seriously unwell

Use the official UAE emergency service appropriate to the situation.

Outside support hours

Messages received outside DarDoc support hours may be reviewed when the team returns.

If the matter cannot safely wait, contact an appropriate 24-hour healthcare provider or emergency service. Do not rely on a queued support message for urgent medical care.

We would rather you ask

If you do not understand a price, booking status, preparation instruction, subscription renewal, or care arrangement, ask before proceeding.

Good support is not only about resolving problems after they happen. It is also about making sure you feel informed enough to make the right decision before you book.
