DarDoc prices depend on the service, location, schedule, professional requirements, and whether the booking is one-time or recurring. The price shown for your individual booking is more reliable than a general price quoted elsewhere.

Where to find the current price

Use the live DarDoc service or booking page whenever possible.

Prices copied into messages, screenshots, social posts, or older articles can become outdated. If you are arranging Home Nursing, the DarDoc Care Team will prepare the relevant care plan and explain the current price before payment.

Ask for clarification if you do not understand:

  • What is included

  • The number of visits or care days

  • Hours per day

  • Whether the price is one-time or recurring

  • Whether VAT applies

  • Whether an add-on costs extra

  • When another charge may occur

When is a booking confirmed?

A paid booking is confirmed only after the required payment succeeds.

Opening a payment link, entering card details, or seeing a pending bank notification does not always mean payment completed.

For Home Nursing, payment must be completed before a caregiver is dispatched. The team cannot guarantee a caregiver or schedule while payment remains outstanding.

Home Nursing payments

Newborn Care and Adult and Elderly Care payments use Stripe.

The payment link is associated with the individual care plan. Check that the recipient, schedule, and amount are correct before paying.

Never send money directly to a caregiver. Caregivers cannot confirm bookings, change prices, collect subscription payments, or issue official refunds.

One-time bookings

A one-time booking covers the agreed service period and does not renew automatically.

For longer arrangements, contact the DarDoc Care Team. The team can build an appropriate plan and explain the pricing rather than forcing the request into a short standard booking.

Subscription bookings

Home Nursing subscriptions use 28-day billing cycles and renew automatically unless cancellation has been arranged according to the applicable terms.

Before activating a subscription, review:

  • The amount charged for each cycle

  • The days per week

  • Hours per day

  • Start time

  • Start date

  • Renewal timing

  • Cancellation rules

If you need care for several cycles or want a longer-term arrangement, speak with the DarDoc Care Team for pricing based on the required schedule.

Failed and pending payments

A card payment can fail because of:

  • Insufficient funds

  • An expired card

  • Bank security checks

  • An incorrect card detail

  • Online or international payment restrictions

  • A temporary bank or payment-network issue

If a payment fails, confirm the reason with your bank and try the approved DarDoc payment journey again. Do not create multiple bookings for the same service unless the Care Team asks you to.

For a subscription renewal, failed payment can interrupt the next care cycle and may affect the continued availability of the assigned caregiver.

Invoices and receipts

DarDoc can provide documentation for completed payments.

Check that your name, service, amount, and contact information are correct. If an invoice needs an eligible correction, contact the DarDoc Care Team with the booking reference.

Does DarDoc bill insurance directly?

DarDoc does not currently bill insurance providers directly and cannot guarantee reimbursement.

Some services may qualify for full or partial reimbursement under a customer’s private insurance plan. This depends entirely on the insurer, policy, medical necessity requirements, network rules, and documentation.

Before booking, ask your insurer:

  1. Is the service covered?

  2. Does it require pre-approval?

  3. Is home healthcare eligible?

  4. What invoice or medical documentation is required?

  5. Is there a submission deadline?

You may request a detailed DarDoc invoice to submit yourself.

Refunds and booking credits

Eligibility for a refund or booking credit depends on the service, timing, reason, and applicable terms.

Do not assume every cancellation creates a cash refund. Some eligible cancellations may be handled through DarDoc Wallet Credit, while cash-refund deductions or other conditions may apply.

Contact the DarDoc Care Team before cancelling if you want to understand the financial effect.

Protecting yourself from payment fraud

Use only a payment journey provided through an official DarDoc channel.

DarDoc will not ask you to:

  • Transfer payment to a caregiver’s personal account

  • Share a card PIN

  • Share a one-time password with a visiting professional

  • Send complete card details through WhatsApp

If a payment request feels unusual, pause and contact DarDoc through the official details on dardoc.com.
