DarDoc serves customers across the UAE, but availability is specific to the service. A service that is available nationwide online may have different in-person coverage from a home visit that requires a licensed professional nearby.
The safest approach is to check the live service page or ask the DarDoc Care Team about your exact location before making plans.
Why coverage differs by service
At-home healthcare depends on more than distance.
DarDoc considers:
Whether the service is licensed and available in the emirate
Whether the right professional is available
The customer’s address and travel feasibility
The type and duration of the appointment
Any equipment, sample-handling, pharmacy, or laboratory requirements
The requested date and time
This is why two services can have different coverage in the same city.
Online care
Eligible online consultations and digital programmes can generally serve customers across the UAE because the appointment does not require a professional to travel to the customer.
Medication delivery, testing, or another physical part of the journey may still have separate coverage rules.
Newborn Care
DarDoc currently offers Newborn Care in:
Dubai
Abu Dhabi
Al Ain
Sharjah
Availability within these areas depends on the schedule and the caregiver match. Longer shifts, overnight care, and recurring plans require more detailed coordination than a short one-time booking.
If you are outside these cities, contact the DarDoc Care Team. The team can confirm whether an arrangement is possible or record your interest for future expansion.
Adult and Elderly Care
Adult and Elderly Care coverage depends on the customer’s city, the required schedule, and the professional needed.
Contact the DarDoc Care Team with the service address and a short description of the person’s needs. The team will check availability before asking you to commit.
IV Therapy and Blood Tests
IV Therapy and Blood Test coverage varies by service and city. The live booking journey should show whether the selected service is available at your address.
For blood collection, laboratory logistics and sample handling can affect coverage. For IV Therapy, professional availability and suitability checks also apply.
Visit the live DarDoc coverage page and the relevant service page for current information.
Weight Loss and Peptides
The clinical consultation portion of eligible Weight Loss and Peptide programmes can be completed online. Medication availability, dispensing, and delivery depend on clinical approval, stock, and the delivery address.
Booking at a hotel, office, or temporary address
Some services may be available at a hotel, office, or temporary residence when the location is safe and suitable for care.
When contacting DarDoc, provide:
The building or hotel name
The full address
The emirate
Access or parking instructions
The room, unit, or office details when appropriate
A working UAE contact number
The team will confirm whether the location is suitable before the service.
Travelling between emirates
If you already have a home-care plan and your service address changes, contact DarDoc before moving the booking.
Same-city changes and cross-emirate changes can affect caregiver availability, travel feasibility, pricing, and the existing care plan. Do not arrange a location change directly with the caregiver.
How to get the fastest answer
Send the DarDoc Care Team:
The service you want
The customer’s area and emirate
Your preferred date
Your preferred time or shift length
Whether the request is one-time or ongoing
The team can then check the correct service rather than giving you a general coverage answer that may not apply.
