Newborn Care requires coordination before the first shift. DarDoc needs to understand the plan, identify a suitable caregiver, confirm availability, and complete payment.
Enquiry
You have contacted DarDoc and shared your initial requirements. No schedule or caregiver is reserved yet.
Matching
DarDoc is reviewing the requirements and checking a suitable caregiver. Availability can change until the plan is confirmed.
Profile shared
You have received a proposed caregiver profile. You can review it and ask questions, but this does not yet mean the booking is paid and confirmed.
Plan ready for payment
The caregiver, schedule, and amount have been prepared. DarDoc sends the secure Stripe payment link.
Confirmed
Payment has succeeded and DarDoc confirms the booking. The caregiver can now be briefed and scheduled for dispatch.
Why payment must come before dispatch
Payment confirmation protects both the family and the care operation. It ensures that the agreed plan is recorded before the caregiver travels.
If you have paid but have not received confirmation, contact the DarDoc Care Team with the payment time, amount, and receipt. Do not pay a second time unless the team verifies that the first payment did not succeed.
Common questions about confirmation
I received a caregiver profile. Is the caregiver reserved?
Not necessarily. The profile is part of matching. Reservation and dispatch require the final plan, successful payment, and DarDoc confirmation.
My bank shows a pending card transaction. Is the booking confirmed?
A pending bank transaction does not always mean Stripe reported a successful payment to DarDoc. Contact the Care Team before trying again.
Can the caregiver start while payment is being fixed?
The caregiver is not dispatched for an unpaid booking. Resolve the payment and wait for confirmation.
I need care urgently. Can DarDoc promise a start time?
The team can check current availability, but it should not promise a caregiver before matching and payment are complete.
