Newborn Care subscriptions are recurring care plans organised in 28-day cycles.
Before renewal
Check:
Care schedule
Caregiver arrangement
Renewal date
Amount to be billed
Payment method
Any requested changes for the next cycle
DarDoc’s renewal communications should show the exact amount expected to be charged.
Automatic payment
Subscription billing is processed through Stripe using the payment arrangement attached to the subscription.
If you need to update your payment method or manage permitted billing details, use the secure Stripe-hosted journey provided to you. Do not send card details to an agent or caregiver.
If you want to continue longer
You can continue beyond one 28-day cycle. For longer-term arrangements and pricing, speak with the DarDoc Care Team.
If you want to change or stop
Contact DarDoc before the relevant renewal deadline under your plan. Ask for confirmation of:
The last active day
Whether another payment is scheduled
Whether the current cycle remains usable
Any schedule changes already requested
Telling the caregiver is not a substitute for updating the subscription with DarDoc.
Renewal is a good time to review the plan
Before each new cycle, consider whether the current hours still solve the family’s main problem. The baby’s feeding, sleep, appointments, and household routine may have changed.
Ask for schedule changes early. A preferred caregiver may not be available for a materially different shift pattern.
Keep proof of billing changes
If the Care Team confirms a change to the next amount or renewal date, keep the written message. After billing, compare the Stripe receipt with the amount you were told would be charged.
