DarDoc Newborn Care gives families trained, dependable support in their own home. The service is designed to help parents feel less overwhelmed while keeping them involved, informed, and in control of their baby’s routine.
Who provides the care?
Every DarDoc newborn caregiver is:

Experienced in newborn care for at least two years
DarDoc does not use freelancers or partner-provider workers for this service.
These standards establish the starting point. DarDoc then considers your baby’s age, your preferred schedule, the type of support you need, your location, and relevant care requirements before proposing a caregiver.
What can a newborn caregiver help with?

One-time care or a subscription
DarDoc offers two flexible ways to arrange care.
A one-time booking can help when you need support for selected hours, days, nights, or a longer arrangement without starting a subscription. The public minimum for an on-demand booking is four hours. One-time care is not restricted to a short introductory period. If you need a longer arrangement, speak with the DarDoc Care Team.
A subscription is designed for families who want recurring care on an agreed schedule. Subscriptions operate in 28-day cycles. If you would like care for a longer overall period, the team can explain the available arrangements and provide the relevant pricing.
Where is the service available?
Newborn Care is currently available in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, and Sharjah, subject to caregiver availability and the requirements of your care plan.
If you are outside these locations or expect to move during the care period, contact the team before paying. Coverage can differ by area and schedule.

Your booking is confirmed after payment succeeds.
DarDoc briefs the caregiver before her first shift.
The Care Team remains available after booking for schedule questions, replacement requests, payment support, and concerns.
How much does Newborn Care cost?
Pricing depends on the arrangement, including the number of hours, schedule, one-time or subscription format, location, and available caregiver match.
