Valid identification is mandatory
DarDoc’s published terms require a valid Emirates ID or Passport for every blood-test and laboratory booking. The identification must be presented at sample collection.
Make sure the booking details match the person being tested. If you are booking for a family member, use their correct patient information and keep their identification available.
Location information
Enter the complete address, building, unit, access instructions, and a reachable phone number. Tell DarDoc about security desks, restricted access, parking limitations, hotel access, or any feature that could delay collection.
When is the booking confirmed?
The appointment is confirmed after the required booking and payment steps succeed. The collector may still be unable to proceed if identification is missing, preparation has not been followed, consent cannot be obtained, or the requested collection is unsafe.
