The booking journey depends on the service, but the basic goal is consistent: DarDoc needs to understand what you need, confirm that it can be delivered safely and practically, show you the relevant price, and give you a clear confirmation.

Step 1: Choose your service

Browse dardoc.com and select the service that most closely matches your need.

If you are unsure, contact the DarDoc Care Team before paying. A short conversation can prevent you from choosing the wrong service or appointment type.

Step 2: Tell us who the service is for

Provide accurate information about the person receiving care.

Depending on the service, this can include:

  • Full name

  • Date of birth

  • Mobile number

  • Email address

  • Identification information

  • Service address

  • Relevant health information

  • Current medications or allergies

  • Parent or guardian details for a minor

DarDoc uses this information to organise the booking and support safe service delivery.

Step 3: Select or discuss the appointment

Some services allow you to choose an available slot online. Other services require the Care Team to build the arrangement with you.

For Home Nursing, tell us:

  • The type of care you need

  • The recipient’s age and needs

  • Your city and area

  • The proposed start date

  • Preferred days

  • Hours per day

  • Preferred start time

  • Whether you need one-time or recurring care

The team will check feasibility and professional availability.

Step 4: Complete any required assessment

Clinical services may require an assessment, health questionnaire, identity check, consultation, or professional review.

Answer accurately. Leaving out an allergy, medication, condition, pregnancy, recent procedure, or relevant symptom can affect whether a service is suitable.

An assessment does not guarantee that a treatment will be prescribed or delivered. The licensed professional responsible for the clinical decision may recommend another option.

Step 5: Review the details

Before paying, check:

  • Service name

  • Care recipient

  • Address

  • Date and time

  • Number of days or sessions

  • Shift duration

  • Price and currency

  • Subscription or one-time status

  • Renewal information

  • Cancellation terms

Ask if anything is unclear. It is easier to correct a detail before payment than after a professional has been assigned.

Step 6: Pay through the provided checkout

Use the payment page connected to your DarDoc booking.

Home Nursing payments are completed through a Stripe-hosted checkout linked to the individual care plan. A caregiver is not dispatched and a booking is not guaranteed until the required payment succeeds.

Do not send payment directly to a caregiver or professional.

Step 7: Wait for confirmation

A payment attempt is not the same as a confirmed booking.

Your confirmation should show or communicate the relevant service details. If payment was deducted but you did not receive confirmation, contact the DarDoc Care Team and provide the booking reference and payment receipt.

Step 8: Prepare for the service

Read the preparation instructions for your service.

Preparation may include fasting, hydration, having identification ready, sharing building access instructions, preparing a suitable space, or giving the team updated health information.

Need help?

Contact DarDoc before completing payment if the service, price, person, address, or schedule does not look right. The team would rather correct the booking early than leave you with an experience that does not match what you expected.
