Lifestyle Rx is a recurring membership. The current price, trial terms, billing frequency, and included benefits are shown when you subscribe. Review them before confirming, because the public offer can change.
Activation
Your membership becomes active after the required sign-up and payment steps are completed. If a free trial is available, the checkout should show when the first paid charge is expected.
Automatic renewal
Recurring subscriptions renew using the payment method connected to your account unless you cancel before the next billing date. You are responsible for keeping the payment method valid and reviewing renewal information.
If a payment fails
A failed payment can interrupt membership access. DarDoc or its payment provider may retry the charge or ask you to update your payment method. Follow the secure account or billing link provided. Never send full card details through chat or email.
Managing your subscription
Use the subscription or billing controls available in your DarDoc account or the secure billing portal provided to you. You can contact the Care Team if you cannot find the control or do not recognise a charge.
Cancelling renewal
Cancellation normally stops a future renewal rather than reversing care already provided. Access may continue until the end of the active period, subject to the terms accepted at checkout.
