What Lifestyle Rx covers and what you pay for separately

Membership provides the care relationship and member support, while medications, tests, and physical products may be billed separately.

Lifestyle Rx membership and treatment purchases are not the same transaction. Understanding the difference helps you avoid surprises and makes it easier to compare the current offer with your own care needs.

Your membership supports

  • Access to the active physician-led care pathway

  • Ongoing consultation and follow-up under the current membership terms

  • Care coordination across relevant DarDoc services

  • Prescription management when clinically appropriate

  • Support from the DarDoc Care Team

Items that may be charged separately

  • Prescription medication

  • Laboratory panels

  • Supplements and wellness products

  • Skincare or other retail products

  • Delivery or redelivery charges where applicable

  • Services or add-ons outside the active membership offer

The exact separation depends on the offer shown when you join. Never assume that a product is included because it was discussed during a consultation.

How will I know before paying?

The platform or Care Team should show the item, amount, and payment step before you confirm a separate purchase. Ask for clarification if the description does not match what you expected.

Why does DarDoc keep these payments separate?

The membership pays for an ongoing care structure. A medication or laboratory test has its own clinical, pharmacy, laboratory, inventory, and fulfilment costs. Keeping them separately attributable makes it clearer what you purchased and allows clinical recommendations to change without changing the membership itself.

Where should I check current prices?

Use the live programme page and the relevant live product or test page. Do not rely on an old message or screenshot. If anything is unclear, contact the Care Team before paying.
