Lifestyle Rx brings several parts of healthcare into one coordinated experience. Each part has a different role, and understanding those roles makes the journey easier to follow.
The physician
The treating physician makes clinical decisions. This includes assessing suitability, deciding whether testing is useful, recommending treatment, issuing a prescription when appropriate, and reviewing progress. Customer support cannot prescribe, diagnose, or override a clinical decision.
Laboratory testing
A blood test can provide objective information when the physician needs a baseline, wants to investigate a concern, or plans to monitor change. Not every person needs the same panel, and a large panel is not automatically better than a focused one.
Tests are supporting benefits of membership, but individual panels may be charged separately. Preparation, sample type, turnaround time, and availability depend on the selected test. Follow the instructions shown for that specific panel.
Licensed pharmacy fulfilment
When a physician issues a valid prescription, the pharmacy verifies it before dispensing. The pharmacist may contact the clinical team if something requires clarification. A prescription does not guarantee that every product is in stock or available in every emirate.
Payment and delivery
Medication and other physical products are purchased separately unless the current offer explicitly says otherwise. After approval and successful payment, the order moves into fulfilment and delivery coordination.
Some products require identification, a signature, or temperature-controlled handling. Keep your phone available and make sure the delivery address is accurate.
