Who is Lifestyle Rx designed for?

Lifestyle Rx is designed for adults who want structured, physician-led support for an ongoing health goal.

Lifestyle Rx is designed for adults whose health goal requires more than a single conversation. It may suit someone who values regular access to a physician, wants help staying consistent, or needs several parts of the care journey coordinated in one place.

Lifestyle Rx may be a good fit if you want

  • A physician-led plan rather than self-directed treatment

  • Consistent follow-up instead of booking from zero each time

  • Support understanding what to do after a consultation or test

  • A simpler route from prescription to licensed pharmacy fulfilment

  • Home delivery for approved and paid orders

  • A care team that can help with practical questions between clinical steps

When another DarDoc service may be more appropriate

Lifestyle Rx is not the right answer for every need. If you want a single blood test, a one-time IV drip, a standalone skincare product, or a short home-care visit, the relevant DarDoc service may be simpler.

Lifestyle Rx is also not an emergency or urgent-care replacement. Sudden or severe symptoms require immediate assessment through emergency services or the nearest appropriate medical facility.

Clinical eligibility still matters

Joining the programme does not guarantee a prescription or a particular treatment. Your physician will consider your medical history, current medicines, allergies, symptoms, previous results, and other relevant information before making a recommendation.

You should share complete and accurate information, even when it feels unrelated. Omitting a condition or medicine can affect whether a treatment is safe.

Not sure whether to join?

Start with the live programme page or contact the DarDoc Care Team. Tell us what you are trying to achieve and what kind of support has been missing. The team can guide you toward Lifestyle Rx or a more suitable DarDoc service.
