DarDoc uses Stripe for Weight Loss Care subscription billing.
Open your secure billing portal
Use the billing link provided inside DarDoc. It opens the Stripe-hosted billing portal in your browser.
From the portal, you can review the options available for your subscription, including your billing details and payment method.
Subscription and medication charges are separate
Your Weight Loss Care subscription is billed through Stripe. Any prescribed medication order is charged separately and will not appear as the same subscription charge.
For your security, open the billing portal from DarDoc instead of relying on an old saved link. Never share your card details, password, or verification code with anyone.
If you cannot access the portal or do not recognise a charge, contact the DarDoc Care Team before making another payment.
