Medication delivery is arranged after a doctor has issued a valid prescription and your medication order has been confirmed and paid.
What happens next
1. A licensed pharmacy prepares your prescribed medicine.
2. Temperature-controlled handling is used where the medicine requires it.
3. The DarDoc team coordinates delivery to the address confirmed for your order.
4. Store and use the medicine exactly as your doctor, pharmacist, and the supplied leaflet advise.
When your order arrives
Please check that your name, medicine, strength, and packaging are correct. If the package is damaged, the medicine is different from what you expected, or you are concerned about its temperature, do not use it until you have spoken with the DarDoc Care Team.
Never use medication prescribed for another person, and do not share your medication with anyone else.
