1. Clinical review
The doctor checks your health history, current medicines, weight history, and goals. They may ask for more information if anything needs clarification.
2. Consultation
You may be invited to a video consultation so the doctor can discuss your needs, answer questions, and explain suitable options.
3. Treatment decision
A prescription is issued only when the doctor decides that treatment is appropriate and safe for you. Completing the assessment does not guarantee a prescription.
4. Medication order
If medicine is prescribed, you will see the medication and payment details before confirming your order.
5. Ongoing support
Your care continues through follow-ups, progress reviews, and access to your DarDoc care team.
