How to choose a shade
Compare the options in natural daylight and use the live shade guide. The face, neck, chest, and inner wrist can look different, so the best match is usually the shade that blends most naturally across the jawline and neck.
Screen brightness, camera processing, and lighting can change how a shade appears online. If you sit between two shades, consider the finish and season as well as depth.
How to apply
Complete your morning skincare and apply sunscreen.
Allow the layers underneath to settle.
Apply a small amount of foundation to the face.
Blend with clean fingers, a sponge, or a brush.
Build thin layers only where more coverage is needed.
Remove thoroughly at the end of the day and cleanse the skin.
If your foundation pills or separates
Use less product, allow sunscreen to settle, and reduce the number of heavy layers underneath. Pilling can happen when textures or application methods do not work well together.
Shade returns
DarDoc accepts returns only for sealed products. Once the foundation has been opened, tested, or used, it is not eligible for return. Review the shade guide carefully before breaking the seal.
